Situated to the east of Cape Town in False Bay, are a cluster of rocks known as Boulders Rock. Whilst this is also a popular bathing area, it is better known for its Penguin colony.

Hundreds of them have made this their home - on the beaches, in the bush, and on the dunes. There is a specialist centre down on the beach and walkways that will give you the best photo opportunities. Definitely worth a visit.
