Jock Safari Lodge
Jock Safari Lodge is the first private lodge set in the heart of Africa’s premier wildlife reserve, the Kruger National Park. The lodge is located at the confluence of the Mitomeni and the Biyamiti rivers in the southern region of the park. The lodge has an exclusive traversing area of 6000 hectares within this spectacular reserve. The theme of the lodge reflects the era of the first gold rush through the old Transvaal and the book ‘Jock of the Bushveld’ written by Sir Percy Fitzpatrick.

Accommodation is in eleven luxury suites and an exclusive private lodge with three suites offering guests the unique opportunity to experience the gracious style of old world elegance and surrounded by unspoilt wilderness. Safaris are taken in open land-rovers with professional rangers and trackers who will offer you close encounters with the Africa’s spectacular wildlife (Africa’s Big 5). Walking and birding safaris may also be taken on walking trails through the concession area.

Lukimbi Game Lodge
Lukimbi Safari Lodge is situated within the Kruger National Park on the Lwakahle River. The closest gate to the Lodge is Malelane. The drive from the gate to Lukimbi is 25 kilometres and takes approximately 30 minutes. The concession is the biggest in the southern section of the Park and is over 15000ha (37100 Acres) this is for our exclusive use. Being in the Kruger National Park, the game viewing is excellent.

Lukimbi is particularly lucky to be home to both white and black rhino as well as the rest of the Big Five and a wide variety of general game. The many different species of birds will delight bird watchers. Game drives are in open vehicles with an experienced ranger and tracker. There are 2 game drives daily lasting about three hours. Game drives are exciting, especially venturing off road to view game. Private vehicles are available to guests. Rates for these are on request. Safari walks are catered to suit guests. For the fit and energetic, long walks can be arranged, or shorter strolls for guests wanting to take things more gently.
