Stillness Manor & Spa is a luxury 14 all suite Boutique Manor and Spa on the slopes of the Steenberg Mountain in Tokai, Cape Town. Recently completely refurbished, this historic Cape Dutch manor house overlooks the scenic Constantia Valley with its vineyards and forests stretching all the way to False Bay.
Guests are accommodated either in the main Manor House which includes 6 spacious suites and an elegant presidential suite or in one of several cottages tucked away in the Manor's lush garden. Superb service, comfort and calm are our defining characteristics.

The Spa is fully renovated and provides a full range of treatments and therapies.

The Manor also has a Formal 10 seater dining room for private functions and a comfortable cigar lounge.
